The payment method SOFORT by SOFORT GmbH, a member of the Klarna Group, can now be integrated as a module in an online shop based on Intershop Commerce Suite without extensive programming. The module was developed by the full service digital agency dotSource GmbH.

(formerly GSI Commerce Solutions Inc.) has sold its stake in the amount of 24.9 percent in voting rights in Intershop Communications AG. The new owner of this stake is Shareholder Value Management AG based in Frankfurt.
