Combining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP with Intershop e-commerce means rekeying data is now a thing of the past. Orders, inventories, prices, customer data, and product information in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations can all be synchronized with the Intershop e-commerce platform. This enables procurement staff, for example, to keep a better eye on inventory levels. It also allows shoppers to check the availability of an item before they place an order in your online store. When they purchase the item, the order is transferred via the Order connector to Dynamics 365 for Sales. This enables your sales team to respond more effectively to any customer requests.

The Order Connector exports orders from the Intershop commerce platform to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Dynamics for F&O) or Dynamics 365 for Sales.

The Order Connector also transfers the order history from Dynamics for F&O to the Intershop commerce platform.

The Inventory Connector makes it possible to query inventory in Dynamics for F&O and display it in an online shop, e.g., on a detailed product page.

The Price Connector uses intelligent calculation, caching, and synchronization of prices and price rules to improve the performance of Dynamics for F&O as an ERP system.

The Customer Connector is the central interface for querying and updating customer data in Dynamics for F&O and for exporting that data from the store to Dynamics 365 for Sales.

The Product Connector synchronizes product master data between Dynamics for F&O and the Intershop commerce platform—quickly and securely via the Azure cloud.
