Thanks to Intershop's Click & Collect solution, Jim Block improves online brand experience.
Under the “Jim Block” brand, the Hamburg-based Block Group operates a total of twelve better-burger restaurants in Hamburg, Berlin and Hanover. In 2019, Jim Block served around 1.8 million burger meals to its more than 1.5 million guests. The focus was on the stationary as well as the takeaway business. In order to offer burger customers more ﬂexible ordering options, not only during the Corona pandemic, Jim Block decided to launch an Intershop-based Click & Collect online shop.
In addition to premium burgers from the in-house Block House butchery, Jim Block also offers its customers an increasing number of vegan, vegetarian, regional and seasonal alternatives. The restaurant chain, founded in Hamburg in 1973, is part of the long-established Block Group, which specializes in the areas of system catering, hotel business and food production.Visit shop
