Home appliance manufacturer Miele, which revolutionized cooking with its Dialog oven, is also a pioneer in multichannel e-commerce: Together with Intershop, the long-established company is running 27 online shops in the highly secure Microsoft Azure Cloud to serve major growth markets.
Headquartered in Gütersloh, Germany, Miele is a world leader in the production of premium domestic and commercial appliances. The company is represented in nearly 100 countries through its own sales subsidiaries and via importers. Miele has been using Intershop's cloud-based commerce platform since 2012. The online shops are managed in cooperation between Miele and the Intershop Professional Services team.
