Jena, Germany, February 12, 2020 – The Town & Country Haus Lizenzgeber GmbH, the nationwide leading brand in licensed solid house construction and the most frequently built brand house in Germany, provides its customers and construction partners with a software-supported sampling portal for the selection of house equipment for the approximately 40 different house types. Digital sampling based on Intershop creates an additional interactive collaboration offering that is expected to generate further growth.
The unique sampling portal offers future homeowners an overview of the high-quality, comprehensive, home furnishings already included in the fixed price. This covers details up to bathroom fittings, doors, and roof tiles, for example. In addition, further optional extras that are subject to surcharge can be selected. The portal aims to give house builders sufficient time and transparency for the selection of the equipment variants offered. After completion of the digital sampling process, the pre-selection is transmitted electronically to the Town & Country license partner responsible for the project. This process facilitates smooth sampling. "It will be much easier for the house builders to get an overview of all contractually available products and to select the most suitable ones", Jürgen Dawo, founder of Town&Country Haus, explains the new possibilities.
The Intershop solution was linked to the CRM system already established by the customer. A single sign-on functionality was implemented, which allows the house builders to get the appropriate view according to their house type, building permit number and construction progress.
