Jena / Glinde, Germany, August 08, 2023 – REISSWOLF International AG is offering the first services in its portfolio of secure data management digitally via an online portal based on the Intershop Commerce Platform.
The project was implemented by long-time Intershop partner diconium, which first implemented a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Based on the Intershop Commerce Platform, REISSWOLF's comprehensive and data protection business requirements as well as digital services were relaunched. The focus was on designing an ideal customer journey to facilitate the selection and configuration of the desired individual service contracts.
"The challenge was to transfer REISSWOLF's complex system landscape and comprehensive processes, as well as its locally diverse offerings, into a unified storyline," said Mathias Ocker, Senior Director, and member of the management team at diconium digital solutions GmbH. "Together with REISSWOLF, we implemented four different booking tracks and other functionalities for the new portal in an agile way. We achieved an optimal result in a very short time thanks to an individually adaptable, technical solution from our partner Intershop."
The launch of the new commerce portal is an important step in the transformation to an all-in-one provider of data protection services.
