Intershop Communications AG celebrates 25th anniversary on the stock exchange

Jena, Germany, July 17, 2023 – Intershop Communications AG, global provider of B2B commerce solutions for the upper mid-market in the manufacturing and wholesale sectors, is celebrating its 25th anniversary on the stock exchange. The Company's initial public offering took place on July 16, 1998 on the "Neuer Markt" in Frankfurt – a former trading segment for young technology companies.

Last year, the company was already able to look back on 30 years of corporate history, thus celebrating two anniversaries within one year.
