(formerly GSI Commerce Solutions Inc.) has sold its stake in the amount of 24.9 percent in Intershop Communications AG. The new owner of this stake is Shareholder Value Management AG, a former shareholder of Intershop. Shareholder Value Management AG is a Frankfurt-based fund advisory company focusing on small cap stocks.
