Your mission

You accompany our international customers of our Intershop Commerce platform (cloud) via technical onboarding after conclusion of the contract over the entire customer lifecycle as a dedicated contact person in order to ensure their success. You will advise our customers on the optimal use of their Intershop solution and, thanks to your technical understanding, also coordinate individual solution approaches for project implementation, which are then implemented and operated by our DevOps and Online ​Business ​Management teams or partners. With a good overview of the capabilities of Intershop and the best practices of our B2B customers, you can outline optimization approaches for your customers in order to make them even more successful. You will identify potential for optimizing the business model and online shops with the active support of our sales solution experts, account and online business managers. As the mouthpiece of your customers, you represent their requirements and wishes to product management and implementation teams and establish lasting and long-term customer relationships. You communicate and present authentically, convincingly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group, and you remain level-headed in the event of an escalation.

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, computer science or business informatics or a comparable training 
  • A good technical understanding and a strong interest in e-commerce, cloud or the SaaS area 
  • Experience in the project business and a pronounced customer orientation through e.g. active customer support 
  • Perhaps you already have experience in technical project management and in using project management tools 
  • You also like to use your feeling for customer needs and your communication skills in change and conflict management in order to establish and expand long-term customer relationships characterized by trust in the customer - partner - Intershop field 
  • Good written and spoken German and English
