Your mission
- Responsibility for the reliability, availability and performance of our Intershop Progressive Web App as part of standard product development
- Implementation and optimisation of automated processes to ensure a stable and efficient platform
- Work closely with the automation team to seamlessly integrate DevOps tasks into the development process
- Contribute to the design and implementation of architectural decisions that improve the reliability and scalability of our applications
- Monitoring, incident response and continuous improvement of systems in collaboration with the operations team
Your profile
- You have completed training or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study → Career changers and experienced developers are also welcomed
- Profound experience in the field of site reliability engineering or comparable activities
- Knowledge of the automation of DevOps tasks and experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
- Good understanding of web security and the implementation of best practices
- Experience in working with development teams and integrating SRE practices into the development cycle
- Ability to analyse and optimise system architectures for reliability and scalability
- Experience with incident response, monitoring and performance optimisation
- Experience in client application development with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue or similar)
- Knowledge of web development (Node.js, RxJS, Javascript/TypeScript) is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills
