Your mission

You accompany our international customers of the Intershop Commerce Platform (Cloud) from technical onboarding after conclusion of the contract over the entire customer lifecycle as a dedicated contact person in order to ensure customer success. You will advise our customers on the optimal use of their Intershop solution and, thanks to your technical understanding, also coordinate individual solution approaches, which are then implemented and operated by our DevOps and ​Online ​Business ​Management teams or partners. With a good overview of the capabilities of the Intershop solutions and best practices of our B2B customers, you can outline optimization approaches for your customers in order to make them even more successful. You will identify potential for optimizing the business model and the online shops with the active support of our sales solution experts, account and online business managers. You get customer feedback as part of customer retention management and with the support of our marketing team in order to initiate measures to improve Intershop customer lifecycle management. As the mouthpiece of your customers, you represent their requirements and wishes to product management and implementation teams and establish lasting and long-term customer relationships. You communicate and present authentically, convincingly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group, and you always remain level-headed in the event of an escalation.

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, computer science or business informatics or a comparable training. 
  • Well-founded experience in the e-commerce sector - on the customer, agency or manufacturer side - paired with a great interest in cloud and SaaS solutions. 
  • Excellent understanding of procedural work in the field of digital products or experience in project business. 
  • Experience in technical project management and in using project management tools is an advantage. Because in your role as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you coordinate all those involved who work on the various customer projects: implementation partners, customers and colleagues. 
  • If you have already actively were in charge of customers, you have a high level of communication skills and you have a very good feeling for B2B customers, then this job fits to you! Because in this way you will also build up and expand long-term customer relationships with us that are characterized by trust. 
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
