Your mission

As a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the recruiting of our employees - mainly in the IT environment. You see yourself as a service provider for our managers and employees and master their requests with empathy and flexibility. You will also work on various HR project topics and support our employees as a competent contact person in all HR-related issues. Look forward to exciting tasks in a varied field of activity with great creative freedom!

  • You take over the creation and implementation of target group-oriented recruiting strategies and the personnel marketing concept. 
  • You work closely with people managers to clarify the search request (in particular the analysis of requirement profiles / personas). 
  • You control the entire application process, from the pre-selection to the moderation of the digital and personal job interviews to the contract negotiations. 
  • You operate independent candidate targeting as well as direct contact via modern active sourcing channels - you determine the most effective contact methods and convince at first contact! 
  • You work closely with the works council and relevant committees in day-to-day business. 
  • You plan, organize and accompany the onboarding process of our new employees and design internal company events for new colleagues. 
  • You take over the selection, organization and implementation of university fairs, career days, online fairs etc. 
  • You are responsible for the selection, management and successful cooperation of/with suitable HR/recruiting providers (e.g. portals/platforms, agencies, personnel service providers and consultants).
  • You administrate the recruiting area of our HR management software Personio. 
  • You work on innovative HR projects together with your colleagues.

Your profile

  • You studied human resources or have a comparable qualification 
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the areas described
  • You have experience in the application of applicant management systems and in active sourcing of candidates
  • You can easily create an atmosphere for conversation that inspires your counterpart over the long term and is characterized by appreciation, sympathy, authenticity and trust
  • A high affinity for new media and social media platforms as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new digital tools
  • You are a networker and supporter - for your own team and the different departments
  • You are familiar with the relevant regulations of labor law from practice
  • You have an IT affinity and master the use of MS Office products
  • Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
