Jena, Cologne, 22. October 2018 - Germany's largest digital agency team neusta is focusing on Intershop for its customers' upcoming commerce projects.  As a consequence it  is bundling the associated technical expertise at its Cologne location with its neusta webservices division.

Through its various units, team neusta supports 360-degree coverage of all relevant digitization topics in e-commerce. As an official Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner, neusta portal services, for example, specializes in customized customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and thus has perfectly complementary competencies for integrated commerce solutions in the Microsoft environment. The neusta experience (formerly Interwall) offers everything in terms of optimal customer experience with conversion-driven front ends on all channels and supports customers in digital marketing. In addition, the group has extensive Azure and commerce know-how. With the new partnership between team neusta and Intershop, the companies are supplementing their product portfolios. This will give their customers even easier access to leading digitization solutions.

This partnership is one  team neusta´s  responds to the increasing demands. Its customers ask for scalable solutions that minimize costly and time-consuming migrations, regardless of whether new brands are added to the online program, new markets are opened up, or even just the size of the portfolio with the corresponding product data challenges the limits of existing systems. team neusta can now, within the framework of the partnership, use Commerce-as-a-Service to offer its customers corresponding services that don’t need migration efforts due to limited growth opportunities. The company's extensive expertise in digital strategy consulting and brand management extends the range of applications for the Intershop Commerce solution, which is used successfully around the world.

Markus Klahn, COO of Intershop, explains: "With the Commerce-as-a-Service solution, team neusta customers have access to an up-to-date version of the highly scalable Intershop platform at all times - without having to invest their own resources - as the basis for digital sales. And no matter how fast their online business grows, the solution scales as needed."

The individual character of the brand experience, from the design of the shop interface to the integration of third-party systems according to the "best-of-breed" approach, is realized by team neusta as a proven expert in this field.

"In the field of digital commerce, we provide our customers with solutions that combine efficiency and distinctiveness. It is therefore all the more important that no technical limitations slow down the dynamics achieved. With this new offering, we offer them enormous security. In addition, we give medium-sized and brand companies easy access to the possibilities of commerce solutions from the enterprise segment," adds Dirk Schwampe, managing partner of team neusta.

The background for the growing demand here is, on the one hand, the increasing online share of sales for companies. On the other hand, commerce projects are increasingly cornerstones of enterprise-wide digital strategies that go far beyond what pure shop solutions were developed for. From the outset, the Intershop Commerce platform has also been designed for complex application scenarios.

In order to personally discuss the possibilities of digital sales channels with team neusta on an Intershop basis, the companies will be available for discussions at the German Partner Conference 2018 in Leipzig.
