Intershop Opens Hong Kong Office

Kowloon, Hong Kong, China, and Jena, Germany, February 5, 2013 – Intershop Communications AG announces the incorporation of their Hong Kong entity Intershop Communications Asia Limited. The headquarters of the new Intershop subsidiary are located in the bustling retail district of Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Implementation Partner, Accentrix, an e-commerce and business solutions provider, will support Intershop Communications Asia Limited to continue to build its already established customer base in Asia. With Intershop’s highly engineered commerce engine, customers are able to meet the demands of their ever-changing and complex market requirements, from product and catalog management, order management and support for internationalisation. Customers benefit from Intershop’s comprehensive commerce platform that is designed to support every aspect of multi-channel e-business, for today and tomorrow.
Intershop’s enterprise multi-channel e-commerce platform includes full support of double-byte characters, such as Simplified Chinese. This ensures businesses operating throughout Asia are able to provide multi-language solutions where necessary.
