Enfinity Suite 6 Makes Inroads into Eastern European Market

Jena, Germany, September 8, 2006 - Moscow, Russia Ticket Agency 19-00 recently launched its Enfinity Suite 6 powered www.19-00.ru portal. The agency covers a broad range of cultural events in Russia, Belarus and the Ukraine. Intershop delivered both software and services for this new project which will include the implementation of the Enfinity Suite 6 consumer and partner channels.

In addition to servicing customers in Russia, Ticket Agency 19-00 is receiving a growing number of inquiries from customers in the UK, Germany and other countries in Western Europe. As a result, the Russian company determined an online sales channel was needed to service its expanding customer base. The consumer channel of Enfinity Suite 6 provides online sales channels for selling to end customers and formed the basis for the solution. This module includes all the tools needed for professional catalog and order management as well as a large number of predefined B2C processes.

Additionally, the partner channel of Enfinity Suite 6 will enable the Russian company, event organizers, and venue operators to market their event offerings via several different sales and payment channels. This in turn involves implementing multi-level demand chains, on different web sites, which can all be managed centrally.

One of the fastest growing ticket agencies in Russia, Ticket Agency 19-00 accomplished a great kick-off for the new online portal as the exclusive ticket agent for Madonna's Moscow concert on her successful Confessions World Tour.
