Intershop calls extraordinary general meeting on December 14, 2010

Jena, November 3, 2010 – Intershop Communications AG is calling an extraordinary general meeting on December 14, 2010, in Jena upon request of the shareholder GSI Commerce Solutions, Inc.

The points on the agenda will include the election of two new Supervisory Board members and the resolutions on the increase of authorized capital II as well as the authorization to acquire and sell own shares via offer to all shareholders or on the stock exchange.

The invitation to the extraordinary general meeting was published today in the electronic Federal Gazette (www.ebundesanzeiger.de) and on the company website at www.intershop.de.
