Your mission
Our e-commerce solutions are generally operated in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, but also with traditional hosters. As a (Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f /d) with a focus on cloud technology, you have the task of appropriately dimensioning e-commerce customer platforms on the infrastructure side and providing our products there initially and continuously. During operation, you set up suitable mechanisms for monitoring all systems and are also involved in monitoring them. An optimization of the systems in terms of availability, security and performance is also part of your tasks, as well as ensuring the smooth interaction between infrastructure, operating system, middleware, databases and our products in general.
Your profile
- Good knowledge of the Linux operating system; experience with Microsoft Windows is an advantage
- Good knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery in connection with build and test automation of Java-based applications
- Experience in the area of automated provision of software and configuration management (ideally Ansible)
- Knowledge of setting up infrastructure services for cloud providers (ideally Microsoft Azure)
- Experience in the areas of virtualization, containerization and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes (ideally in conjunction with Microsoft AKS)
- Knowledge of using CI / CD tools (such as Jenkins, Nexus, Bamboo and / or Git)
- Experience with monitoring / reporting solutions
- Good written and spoken German and English
