Your mission

  • You are responsible for the independent preparation, implementation and follow-up of the monthly payroll accounting of Intershop Communications AG with DATEV LODAS
  • You maintain and manage part of our personnel master data and time management data
  • You post the travel expense reports
  • You are the contact person for our employees for all salary, tax and social security issues
  • You carry out the registration, reporting and certification process and take care of correspondence with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities
  • You prepare payroll data for various analyses
  • You are responsible for managing and processing the company pension scheme
  • You support the annual financial statements and prepare and support payroll tax and social security audits
  • You are involved in the further development and optimization of our billing processes

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have experience in payroll accounting
  • You have profound knowledge of tax and social security law
  • You have very good knowledge of DATEV LODAS, SAP FI and MS Office
  • Ideally, you already have some experience of working with Personio
  • You have good communication skills and a friendly and confident manner
  • You are characterised by an independent, reliable, structured and precise way of working
  • A high degree of initiative and commitment are among your strengths
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
