Your mission

You open the door to new customers through our partners and build stable and long-term relationships with our partners. You are responsible for looking after our partners throughout the entire partner cycle - from the first appointment to the conclusion of the contract, business planning, implementation and control. Internally, you have a variety of points of contact with a wide variety of departments, but especially with your sales colleagues and the marketing team.

  • Management of the business partner ecosystem with the aim of increasing license sales via partners and acquiring new customers in Germany/Austria/Switzerland and France
  • Acquisition of new potential partners
  • Strategic business planning with the management of the partner
  • Support of the partners in the sales process
  • Ensuring optimal know-how about Intershop at the partner
  • Escalation management

Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic personality who enjoys communicating in an international environment and has a background in complex software solution sales in a partner environment. Willingness to travel internationally is required. Thanks to the possibility of working from home, you are not tied to a fixed location.
