Your mission

In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful operational implementation of our strategic goals, manage the annual Company OKRs & the TOP project portfolio and operationalise our corporate strategy. You will also manage the responsible TOP project managers and OKR owners as part of the PMO.

  • OKR Ownership: As the ‘owner’ of our OKR framework, you transfer the annual Company OKRs from the strategy process. You ensure the implementation of our strategic priorities in OKRs, optimise them and support the organisation in the OKR cycles.
  • Strategic project portfolio management: You will develop and coordinate our internal strategic project portfolio, set up the TOP projects with the individual divisions and project managers (including overall budget and resource planning) and ensure that all projects are carried out in line with our corporate goals. You will ensure sustainable and efficient project controlling (deadline, progress, quality and budget control).
  • Optimise, standardise and support the strategy process: You coordinate and accompany the annual strategy process with the Executive Board and the management team and develop and implement methods to continuously improve our strategy process.
  • You will support the Executive Board in day-to-day business and take on overarching special tasks and projects.

Your profile

  • Professional experience: Ideally, you have about 3 years of experience in strategic project management - possibly in a technology-orientated corporate environment.
  • Expertise: You have extensive experience in working with the OKR framework. Experience in a position responsible for the OKR framework, in the implementation or further development of the framework would be desirable.
  • You also have a sound knowledge of the relevant project management methods, project controlling/reporting and have some project management experience. Ideally, you have experience in the development and implementation of project management standards.
  • You have already worked with relevant tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, ServiceNow etc.
  • Analytical skills: Your strong analytical skills help you to recognise complex interrelationships and derive recommendations for action.
  • Strong communication skills & stakeholder management: You are a very strong communicator, able to convey complex information clearly and precisely and get the right stakeholders on board. Your persuasiveness and communication skills make it easy for you to manage our TOP project managers and OKR owners as part of the PMO.
  • Organisational skills: You work in a very structured way, are well-organised and enjoy managing and prioritising several projects at the same time.
  • Initiative and sense of responsibility: You like to work proactively, have a high level of self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
