Intershop reverses dismissal of its Vice President E-Commerce Custom Solutions

Jena, Germany, June 25, 2008 – Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) announced that it will continue its employment relationship with Dr. Ludger Vogt, Prokurist (authorized signatory), and Vice President E-Commerce Custom Solutions.

Dr. Ludger Vogt was dismissed on Thursday, June 19, 2008, by the former CEO. The dismissal was reversed with immediate effect at the request of the new CEO Mr. Henry Göttler in agreement with the Supervisory Board and Dr. Vogt. Dr. Vogt will continue his work for the Company immediately.
