How Machine Learning will help identify Fake Product Reviews

Product reviews support customers with their buying decisions and provide useful supplementary information in a webshop. Considering the large amounts of reviews, automatic tools can help to identify issues. Does the stars rating deviate from the contents of the review or is it even a fake? NLP tools can be used to automatically examine reviews.
