Intershop renews service agreement with Otto
Jena, March 18, 2011 – Intershop Communications AG, supplier of integrated e-commerce solutions, renews the service agreement for consulting and support services with the Hamburg-based retail group Otto. The new contract has a term of three years and a total volume around the middle of the seven-digit euro range.
This agreement confirms the strategic importance of online trading for Otto Group. The company states that it generates almost two third of its revenue online. Otto Group has been relying on Intershop solutions for more than 10 years.
