General Conditions
Cancellation/Termination by the Customer
- You can cancel the scheduled participation in a training session at any time.
- If
cancellation occurs more than 10 business days before the beginning of
the training session, your are entitled to a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs 5 to 10 business days before the beginning of the training session, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
- If
the cancellation occurs within 5 business days before the commencement
of the training session, it will be considered a cancellation of the
underlying contract. Because Intershop is reserving a space in the
training session for the customer, the customer must pay the full
amount of training fees (cancellation fees). Already-paid training fees
will not be returned and training credits expire in the amount of the
cancellation fees due.
Cancellation/Termination by Intershop
- Intershop
retains the right to postpone training dates without giving reason, as
well as to completely cancel training dates, even with little notice.
Intershop retains the right to do this without canceling the underlying
contract. Intershop will endeavor to inform the customers early about
any postponement or cancellation of a training session. In this case,
Intershop endeavors to find a new date for the training in conjunction
with the customers.
- Insofar as the customer desires to take
part in a later training session, this desire will operate as a joint
change in contract. Any payments already made for training sessions or
training credits already debited by Intershop will be retained by
Intershop and credited towards future training sessions.
- If
Intershop also terminates the underlying contract, any fees already
paid will be returned. Training credits will be retained.
- Additionally,
the customer has the right to termination of the contract at any time,
insofar as Intershop must postpone or cancel training dates.
