Payment Method SOFORT Is Available as a Module for Intershop Commerce Suite

The payment method SOFORT by SOFORT GmbH, a member of the Klarna Group, can now be integrated as a module in an online shop based on Intershop Commerce Suite without extensive programming. The module was developed by the full service digital agency dotSource GmbH.

Jena, Germany, 27 April 2016 – Delivery and payment options that are considered too expensive are often the reason customers abandon the shopping cart in an online store. This is frustrating for both the customer and the retailer alike. Integrating popular payment systems into the e-commerce solution is therefore an efficient way for retailers to avoid such loss of revenue. The module for integrating the SOFORT payment method developed by dotSource is based on Intershop standard. It can be easily integrated into the backend of an online shop and facilitates communication between the online shop and SOFORT GmbH. The module is a simple solution for the online shop operator as it only requires the frontend to be adapted.
