B2B Shopping Habits Are Changing – So Is Papier LIEBL – a long-established company with a solid customer base in Southern Bavaria. Most of its customers are other businesses located within 150 km of the company’s HQ. Until very recently, they would place their orders by phone, fax, or via the company’s self-developed online store.
One of the issues the company had to address was whether to migrate its existing in-house solution to a standardized, professionally built commerce platform that would offer greater flexibility and allow continuous development of its business model along omni-channel lines.
