Telesales Representative Outbound (m/f)
Position Summary / Responsibilities
Within an established, fast paced software
company, you will be working in close cooperation with the regional sales team,
our partners, customers and the marketing department. We are ideally seeking individuals with a
strong Telesales background, predominantly in B2B E-Business software selling
experience. You will support and build up the pipeline
for the partner sales team in the EMEA region. Using the existing network between
Intershop, our customers and partners you will continue to build this
relationship and and develop sales strategies by competent management.
The candidate will be responsible for one
of the following regions:
- Nordics (Scandinavia)
- UK
- Benelux
Important tasks include:
- online research for target firms in the defined region
- telephone identification of decision makers in the distinguished
company of the region
- generate appointments for the staff of the regional sales team
- contact person for
prospective new clients in your region
- Administrative activities and database maintenance
Our Requirements:
- excellent English skills and very good knowledge (preferably native speakers)
in one of the following languages: Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian
- Knowledge of the business culture in the target region
- vocational training
- at least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales (of complex products)
- professional appearance and phone presentation skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and
- pleasant phone voice, excellent rhetorical skills
- positive attitude and a communicative nature
- open to new technologies, good MS Office skills
- Fun on the phone and the desire to work in an international environment
