Full-Service E-Commerce: Intershop Partners with Swiss Post Subsidiary

yellowworld AG backs Intershop's Full-Service <nobr>E-Commerce</nobr> offering with its own fulfillment services

Jena, Germany/Bern, Switzerland - June 8, 2006 - Effective immediately, Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) is partnering with <nobr>yellowworld AG</nobr>, part of the Swiss Post group. yellowworld's logistics and billing services will complement the Intershop portfolio, resulting in a one-stop offering that meets every <nobr>e-commerce</nobr> requirement.

This strategic alliance combines the expertise of yellowworld as a leading outsourcing player in the Swiss <nobr>e-fulfillment</nobr> market with Intershop's existing portfolio as a global <nobr>e-commerce</nobr> provider. By partnering in this way and offering an extensive range of services from a single source, the two companies can cover all <nobr>e-commerce</nobr>-related processes-from order processing and payment collection to logistics support and online marketing.

Headquartered in Bern, yellowworld is a separate corporate entity within the Swiss Post group. Its customers benefit from solutions that support their logistics and payment processes.
