Intershop Signs Contract with Stadium AB

Jena, Germany/Norrköping, Sweden - May 08, 2006 - Nordic`s leading retail chain of sporting goods, Stadium AB, has awarded Intershop Communications AG a contract to supply software licenses and services for a new e-commerce portal, which will be powered by Intershop's Enfinity Suite 6 software. Implementation of the project will be handled by Intershop partner ClearCloud. Corresponding agreements have already been signed, and all the revenue resulting from this new contract should be posted in fiscal 2006.

Stadium AB is one of Scandinavia's leading retail chains of sporting goods. The company sells for more than 360 million euro, products-ranging from sportswear to fan merchandise-via its 100 stores and have chosen Intershop for its online marketing and sales. In order to facilitate coordination and manage the relationships with its numerous partners, the company needed software capable of standardizing all the relevant processes.
