Intershop Communications AG Acquired Major Contract
Jena, Germany, March 22, 2007 –Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) today announced, that ITELLIUM Systems & Services GmbH, the IT service provider of the German QUELLE Group, signed a major contract for services and maintenance for the three following years.
The contract has a volume of 4.8 million EURO services revenues. The services and maintenance revenues will be evenly recognized as from the fiscal year of 2007 to the fiscal year of 2009.
The results for the first quarter 2007 will be announced on April 26, 2007.
