Intershop Communications AG announces big customer win

Jena, April 1, 2006 – Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) today announced that it received a large order from a US-based international technology company. The contract has a volume of 4.4 million EURO revenue.

The license revenue portion within that amount of around 1.7 million EURO and services revenues of about 1.0 million EURO will be recognised in fiscal year 2006. The remaining services revenues of about 1.7 million EURO will be recognized in the two following years. The company will announce its full results for the first quarter 2006 on April 27, 2006.
