Intershop Announces Major Customer Win

Jena, May 9, 2007 – Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) today announced that it received a large order from an overseas telecommunications company. For the first time Intershop delivers an auction platform based on its software Enfinity Suite 6 for a customer.

The contract has a volume of more than 1.7 million EURO revenue. The license revenue portion within that amount of around 1.4 million EURO will be immediately recognised and support revenues of about 0.3 million EURO will be recognised in the next 12 months. The company expects follow-up services revenues in a considerable amount.
