Intershop Announces Resignation of the Member of the Executive Management Board for Sales and Marketing

Jena, May 8, 2007 – Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) today announced, that Ralf Männlein, Member of the Executive Management Board responsible for Sales and Marketing, agreed with the Supervisory Board to resign from its office effective today. The responsibilities of Mr. Männlein will be immediately assumed to the Company`s CEO Mr. Friedhelm Bischofs.
