Intershop Communications AG Announces Resignation of the Chairman and a Further Member of the Supervisory Board
Jena, February 28, 2007 – Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) today announced, that Mr. Hans W. Gutsch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Wolfgang Meyer, Member of the Supervisory Board, resigned at their own request, with effect from March 31, 2007. Mr. Gutsch had been a member of Intershop’s Supervisory Board since August 15, 2001 and Mr. Meyer since October 1, 2005.
