Intershop Communications AG revises full-year forecast for 2006
Jena, October 5, 2006 – Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2) today announced that, on the basis of current knowledge, it will not be able to achieve its forecast net profit for fiscal year 2006.
The Management Board believes that the main cause of the revision of the 2006 forecast is the risk of the further postponement of certain large orders beyond the end of the year. Nevertheless, the Company is working vigorously to complete these projects in 2006. Intershop will announce its results for the third quarter of 2006 on October 26, 2006.
