The powerful product recommendation engine of Enfinity Suite 6.4 offers customers precisely what they are looking for. The engine analyzes the customer’s order history and behavior during their current visit and compares them with the behavior of similar customers. The result is a dynamically generated product recommendation perfectly tailored to the individual customer, which leads to longer visits and higher shopping cart totals.

Use coupons across different sales channels

Thanks to a simplified user interface, it is now easier to create promotions. Coupons can be quickly and easily assigned to customers or customer groups, issued, and used. A coupon can be approved for multiple use or restricted in terms of usage. It is possible to import externally generated coupons into the shop and assign them to sales channels on an individual basis.

Storefront editing

#Update content quickly and easily on the relevant page

The Enfinity Suite 6.4 content management system allows the creation of product-independent information pages, with multiple pages being assigned to one product or vice versa. This has the additional benefit of separating content and catalog data.

Time-based management of individual pages and groups of pages enables marketing campaigns to be planned in advance and launched at exactly the desired time. The new back-office functions deliver improved productivity and transparency – pages can now be found via individual search attributes or grouped by theme and handled as a unit.

An intuitive WYSIWYG editor is provided for page design, so that all changes and settings can be made directly in the storefront.
