With Enfinity Suite 6, you can create multiple product catalogs for a range of target groups within a single system. Local administrators are able to manage, extend, and modify the data as required.

Product Data Management

Every sales channel has access to product data from the main catalog. There are two options available here—syndication and sharing. Syndication involves copying the data in its entirety for modification purposes, with no connection to the source, while sharing always references the data in the main catalog and thus benefits from changes made centrally. A further advantage of sharing is that the product data can be enriched and modified in the individual sales channels. Centralized management of product data significantly reduces maintenance effort.

Enfinity Suite 6 also enables data exchange between installations—product or customer data, individual data records, even the entire dataset.

Catalog Data Exchange

Enfinity Suite 6 supports all established standards for electronic exchange of business data. Sellers, purchasing organizations, suppliers, and distributors can all efficiently interact online via standardized protocols.
