Henry Göttler, Member of the Board of Management
Henry Göttler has overall responsibility for Intershop's global
business operations. Before Mr. Göttler has served as Vice President
E-Commerce Standard Solutions of Intershop Communications AG, heading
the product development and customer support divisions, Online
Marketing as well as the full-service e-commerce initiative. Between 1986 and 1995, Mr. Göttler graduated in sinology and
mathematics in Taizhong (Taiwan) and Tübingen, and from 1996 to 2001,
he studied business administration in Stuttgart. Mr. Göttler held
various positions at HP between 1992 and 2001, such as IT Support
Manager EurAsia. In 2001, he joined Intershop, becoming responsible for
the global customer support. Since 2006 he has also been Head of
Intershop's new full-service e-commerce division. He was appointed
member of the board of management in June 2008. Since 2005, Mr. Göttler has been leading the working group on
service management and standards of BITKOM, the German Association for
Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media.
Dr. Ludger Vogt, Member of the Board of Management
Dr. Ludger Vogt is mainly responsible for the global sales and consulting services business of Intershop Communications AG. Mr. Vogt studied computer science at the RWTH Aachen University, and
in 1992, he received his PhD in information management. He started his
career at Oracle's pre-sales department, before becoming responsible
for Oracle's consulting division in East Germany. Since 1998, he led a consulting division at debis (DaimlerChrysler)
in Berlin. In 1999, Mr. Vogt joined Intershop. As Vice President
Services, he headed Intershop's Consulting, Customer Support and
Technical Training until end of 2006. Since the year 2007, he has been additionally in charge for sales at Intershop. He was appointed member of the
board of management in December 2008.
Ludwig Lutter, Member of the Board of Management
In his role as CFO of
Intershop Communications AG Ludwig Lutter is responsible for the functions
Mergers & Acquisitions, IR and PR as well as the departments of Operations,
Legal and Human Resources. Most recently Ludwig Lutter served as CFO of eleven
GmbH the leading provider of email security in Germany. As CFO at eleven, Ludwig
Lutter was responsible for all finance issues, including accounting and
controlling, as well as the legal department. Before that he served as CFO with
Astaro AG, Europe's leading supplier of
Unified Tread Management Solutions (UTM) as well as with the publically traded
Poet Holdings, Inc., a global provider of catalog platforms for B2B e-commerce
and supplier relationship management. Ludwig Lutter has 19 years experience in
financial management and investor relations. He started his career in public
accounting and tax consulting with KPMG and other public accounting and
consulting companies. Ludwig Lutter is a certified tax consultant (StB) and
holds a degree in business administration from the University of Texas.
